Assistant Manager
We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the role of Assistant Manager in one of our centres.
For over 100 years, Christian Endeavour Holiday Centres has provided Christian holidays, church group breaks, school visits and residentials, Christian conference facilities and much more.
What we are looking for
As Assistant Manager you will need to be a team player, involved in many aspects of running the holiday centre and committed to being part of and supporting the pastoral care of a multi-cultural team of live-in staff.
Working in our centres, you will find that no two days are the same whether it be working in the office, organising staff, volunteers and holiday programmes or spending time with guests. We are therefore looking for a committed Christian with a clear sense of calling to this role, the skills to thrive and who is patient, flexible and hardworking.
Previous experience of working in the hospitality sector is desirable as well as being self-motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic about fulfilling the aims and ethos of our ministry.
