Centre Management Couple
We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from a Christian Couple, who would like to explore a centre management and leadership role in one of our centres.
For over 100 years, Christian Endeavour Holiday Centres has provided Christian holidays, church group breaks, school visits and residentials, Christian conference facilities and much more.
What we are looking for
We are seeking EOIs from a Christian couple who have the skills, experience and vision to share in and develop our ministry and to grow our existing programmes of holidays and events. This is a fantastic opportunity to help lead a Christian holiday and conference centre with a wonderful Christian legacy and enormous potential.
Ideally, we are looking for individuals with relevant experience in operational management and/or hospitality who possess a natural gift for pastoral care and who are dedicated and enthusiastic about fulfilling the aims and ethos of our ministry.
Ultimately, we are seeking a Christian couple, with a clear sense of calling, to serve as Centre Managers and who will thrive in fulfilling their Christian commitment within a small, multicultural, live-in community of dedicated team members.
